Tara, Shona’s daughter, is a fully qualified lifeguard and qualified disability surf instructor who is passionate about helping people of all abilities experience the enjoyment, confidence and freedom that being on the water can bring. Through her work, she supports and teaches individuals with a wide range of physical and learning disabilities, helping them develop new skills and build confidence in the water.She is also a dedicated volunteer with Guernsey Disability Swimming, where she assists and supports swimmers with disabilities, helping them participate safely and confidently while achieving their personal goals.Alongside her community involvement, Tara works part-time at Guernsey Eyes when required, providing reception and administrative support. Her friendly manner, enthusiasm and willingness to help make her a valued member of the team
